With nearly 20 years of design development behind us, we’re delighted to offer a ‘Design Your Own’ service. Throw down a refundable $100 deposit and we’ll send you a form to begin sharing your vision. We’ll work with you to design your dream shape, sharing the model back and forth till we get it right. From there we’ll give you a quote for the board and if you greenlight it, we’d ask for a build deposit ($600 for a GreenRail, or $800 for an Original Construction) to get the materials and we’ll be off and running. ‘Design Your Own’ timeframes vary, but plan for 2-3 months before the board is under your feet.

Work closely with our lead board designer, Nolan, who brings years of expertise to the table. He will guide you through the customization process, offering insights and recommendations to create a surfboard that best matches your riding style, wave choices and aesthetics.
Building Your Board
With your input and our experience, we'll build your one-of-a-kind wooden board. We'll stay in touch throughout the process! Expect 2-3 months from now till the day you're paddling out on your dream board.
Ready to Ride
Once your surfboard is complete, we'll reach out with the best shipping quotes available or to schedule a local pick up! Until then, if you're in the area, you're always welcome to come visit them shop and see what we do.
