Merry, Happy Surfers

Today was a big day, probably our biggest in the Grain Surfboards shop. Through a combination of great press, promotions and many, many surfers and builders finding their way to Grain, we've reached a new milestone at the company: Our first double-digit order day. Grain received a combination of online, phone and email orders today for more custom surfboards and Home Grown Surfboard kits than we've ever received in a single day. These orders came on top of a banner month for the shop and will require all hands on deck to put all the orders together! Here's a shot of Mike building the first board out in the driveway of the original Grain shop in York... Mike builds alone In addition to this milestone, we received a note from a happy customer that helped make all of the hard work worthwhile. Thanks Jess! Glad the board is every thing you dreamed of. We had a feeling it would be.
