		<description>Scotty Stopnik built that during a special class, and had tried out an experimental paipo we did with sides.  They are basically cut-down cunard front fins.  This paipo can also take a (short-ish) high-aspect ratio flex-fin for more snap and to have it perform more like the standard-design paipo that we usually make.</description>
