On the Road: Rhode Island and New Jersey
While we had high hopes of putting together a full 2008 east coast demo tour, a full course schedule and a broken down demo truck has forced us to be happy hitting the road and staying a little closer to home. It’s just not as exciting to be jumping on the highway in an old Saturn wagon.
Demo van or not, we’re heading south on August 11th and will be bouncing around Rhode Island and New Jersey for several days of demos, shop visits and catching up with friends.

August 11th, Rhode Island, 2pm- 5pm- Matunuck Surf Shop- 706 Matunuck Beach Rd, South Kingstown, RI
August 12th- Rhode Island- We’ll be making the rounds today and hope to visit Warm Winds Surf Shop, Gansett Juice, Island Surf and Elemental and 7 Ply. Please check with your local shop to see if we’re coming by, or call us on the day 802-598-7194 and we’ll let you know our schedule.
August 13th- New Jersey, 2pm- 7pm- Reception at Pine Gallery in Ship Bottom, LBI
Sunset And Into The Night- Board display, slide show and good conversation at Black Whale on Long Beach Island
August 14th- New Jersey- Once again, we’ll be making the rounds trying to visit some local shops including Farias Surf Shop and Beach House in Bay Head and more. Check with the shops or give us a call to find out more.

You should come check out the surf in Montauk sometime. I think there are a lot of surfers there including myself who would love to see your boards.

Hey James, we’d love to come to Montauk, just can’t fit it in this trip. Maybe we can plan a Long Island trip for sometime in early September. We’ll keep an eye on the forecasts and try to head that way when the swell is right. We’ll keep you posted.

You guys should try to go a few more miles south to avalon. I’m in the middle of building one of your boards right now. A 6 0 wherry. ill try to get up to LBI though

man..what is this middle of the week bull..those of us that have to work are bummed to not be able to see you while you are an hour away from us

Sorry for the short schedule this time - but we have a workshop this coming week (two more in September & October too) so we had to be back for it. Next time we’ll plan a longer stay - ’specially if we can get our van running! Montauk and south Jersey are also on our list… stay tuned
