Marty from CT:

hope you see this... and hope the Grain folks ok it.

yeah, we're not a hotspot for surfing in CT ... but we have more than 100 folks in CT who are Surfrider members (most surf)! We just started out a CT Chapter last year and hope you'll check us out. (www.surfrider.org/connecticut)

we'll be contacting the Grain folks soon (their frames are from Stonington!) about maybe posting on our site!

Grain Guys/Gals - wow. what beautiful looking boards.

Jim
(Milford CT, where at low tide with a constant wind from the SW, you can surf LI Sound, at least for a couple of seconds. It's all about expectations.)

This summer while in surfing in NC, my buddy who was living there with me got an issue of Wooden Boat in the mail sent to him by his father who lives in Louisiana. The write up they did on you guys was wicked good, and being a Maine boy I was very proud. It's friggin awesome to see such broad coverage. My friend has vowed to one day own a Grain Surfboard, and after seeing one in the waves last weekend while surfing in York it is now too on my wish list.

I found this website through the article in Wooden Boat. I don't even surf. I live in CT not exactly a hot spot for surfing. That said, I'm saving up for the bellyboard kit. I'll take it to RI and try it there. Congratulations on the milestone.
